Jack is now FOUR!

Wow! It is already September 22! This summer went by too fast!

Jack's birthday was last Wednesday, the 17th. I almost didn't have a party- Howard's schedule at work has been awful and then the three of us got sick... We are still kind of sickly, but nothing like last week. Jack & I have ear infections and all three of us have barky painful coughs. Jack has been vomiting, but I hope we are done with that now.

Well the birthday party was a success. We had the Reptile Guy come to a room I rented at the Normandy Park City Hall. Most of the moms did not love the reptiles but the kids went crazy for them. I think there were over 30 people at the party- Jack seemed very happy and excited. He finally has the birthday thing figured out. I guess that is both good and bad!

Jack went back to school today and Howard is off for the week! We have a Mariner's game and a Husky Football game to go to. Neither team is doing well, but we always have fun!

Finally a new camera. It is like my old, fit-in-my-pocket camera-just a newer version. I don't have it quite figured out.

Jack has started 'summer camp' at TTM. He seems to enjoy it. One problem-he started napping there again. We are going to bed around 10pm. Too late for me!

We have spent tons of time at the pool (Normandy Park Pool) and we are taking a break from swim lessons at KinderSwimmer. Next week we will go to TTM in the morning and then Mandarin class in the afternoon. It will be a kids only class. I pray Jack does better paying attention and spends less time running in circles.

NO CAMERA!

I still do not have a camera. This has really driven me nuts. This was the perfect picture week. Trees coming down, Nai Nai here, new fancy fire engine for Jack and his last day of school. Bummer- a word we have been using often around here!

Maybe this will be the week for a camera purchase. I am keeping my fingers crossed!
